Development Milestones 0 to 6 Months


GROSS AND FINE MOTOR SKILLS (0 to 3 months):



  • Large jerky movements of legs and arms but arms are more active.

  • Hands keep closed with thumb turned in.

  • When check touched at corner of mouth, the baby turns to same side in attempt to suck finger.

  • When he is on his belly his head is turn to one side.

  • Grasp finger when palm is touched.
