Psychomotricity allows a child to be able to control better his movements and emotional impulses, as well as a better adaptation to the social, family, and school environment.
The development of psychomotricity is divided into three parts:
Motor level: allows the child to master body movement
Cognitive level: it improves memory, attention, concentration, and creativity
Social and affective states allow children to get to know themselves better, face their fears and relate to others.
